What are the delivery costs ?

 IN QUEBEC

We offer delivery at a flat rate of CAN $ 4.99 anywhere in Canada. For orders of $ 75 and + we automatically send FAST delivery for FREE.

ELSEWHERE IN CANADA 

We offer delivery at a fixed rate of $ 7.99 CAN all over Canada. For orders of $ 100 or more we automatically send delivery FAST and FREE.

USA / Express delivery

In the United States, the delivery costs are fixed and are 16.00 $ CAN. 

INTERNATIONAL / EXPRESS Delivery

The delivery costs are established according to the country of destination and the weight of the package. They vary between $ 15.00 and $ 65.00 CAN. The costs will be indicated once in the shopping cart, just before confirming the order.

What are the delivery times?

IN CANADA 

Orders are generally shipped and delivered within 5 business days. Weekends and holidays must be excluded from the delivery time. We send an order confirmation email (with tracking number). Write to us if you still have not received your order within 5 working days of this email.

USA / EXPRESS delivery

Orders are usually shipped and delivered within 2 to 5 business days. Weekends and holidays must be excluded. We send an email when the order leaves with Canada Post. Write to us if you still haven't received your order within 7 working days of this email.

Orders are sent within 2 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country. It takes between 4 and 10 working days. You must refer to the calculation of delivery costs once in the shopping basket to know the costs that will be added to the order. We send an email when the order leaves with Canada Post. Write to us if you still have not received your order within 15 working days of this email.

RETURN / EXCHANGE

    If I made a mistake in the size / color / model?

    We accept returns of Bajoue products provided they have not been worn or washed. The costs related to the return of a product are AT THE CLIENT'S COST. We make refunds / exchanges of products within 2-3 working days of receipt of the product (s). You must then calculate the standard delivery times (without tracking) before receiving the product sent for exchange. All refunds will be made according to the original payment method.
    * Accessories are not  neither exchangeable nor refundable.
    * Products on SALE are not neither exchangeable nor refundable.

    If there is an error in my order or if a product is defective?

    Contact us at support@bajoue.ca as soon as possible before returning the product. The costs related to the exchange will be reimbursed (STANDARD delivery / without tracking). Make sure to place the product (s) in order to insert them in a standard envelope (yellow). We make the exchange within 2-3 business days of receiving the returned product (s). If it is a discontinued product, we offer a credit on the online store.

    If I want to cancel my order once it has been sent?

    The costs incurred in returning an order that has been delivered are AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.
